this is actually the second time it’s happened with that pedal… the original one actually broke, then when i replaced it i couldn’t find the right size wrench and had to use the pliers, which i’m assuming is why it wasn’t on tight enough and somehow unscrewed itself.

That’s like my old bike! Only good thing about it is that no one would ever steal it. Hard to ride with the gears not working, though.
